Today we went to the water village. It was extremely hot but also pretty. We saw many beds here and learned about clothes. After buying food from this one booth, the salesperson told me that I needed to learn how to bargain because everything is overpriced.

Yes many American kids do not bargain for price
Today we visited a ancient Chinese village surrounded by water, with boats rowing in the background. Though it was very hot, the views of the lake, as well as learning about the different types of beds inside the house made the experience well worth it. The marketplace around the village was also very interesting and had lots of varieties of toys and snacks.
Good experienceđ
Day 4:
Today we went to an urban planning museum, which had a really cool interior design and lots of really informative games that taught me a lot. We also went to another museum that was more about culture. After that, we visited one of the most famous shopping streets in China.
Impressive miniature replica of Shanghai city. Thanks for sharing.
Jennifer, you present me a beautiful picture of ancient Venice in China.
Day 5
Today we visited a museum, and the oriental pearl tower. It was very impressive to see all the buildings from up above, as well as seeing the landscape and city life above it.
Day 6
Today we visited the Yu Garden, and did a bit more shopping in the place as well. The garden was very beautiful, filled with large & vibrantly colored fish. In the evening, we also saw the nightscape of Shanghai on a boat. The colors from the brightly lit buildings and city were very amazing to see.
Day 7
On our final day, we visited the Shanghai Science Museum as well as an Art Museum. They both had interesting exhibits that were fun to explore.
