Today was a disappointing day, as a result of watching a crowded, outdated stepdown of the Smithisonian museums, no intrest in the art museum, and the constant shower of shopping over the past few days.
Now moving forward from the daily update of touring of Shanghai, I would like to talk more about the leadership camp. Talking more in depth about leadership, there should be more opportunites and "exposure" to express and grow leaders. To my opinion leaders or leadership cant be developed over a span of 4 days. I believe that holding the camp at 10-14 days would outreach the leadership abilities. This would also make leading make a more natural "call", compared to the voting we did to choose the leader. Furthermore developing into this, there should be more activities or opportunities done by the group to even more enhance leadership chances , and not to make it a "one time opportunity".
Next on, I will move to a small, yet important aspect of the camp: camp life. First, the free or lesiure time. With more free time with your group, this can promote a more natural, not tense and shy enviroment. Next on, wifi. I cannot tell you the amount of problems of not getting enough of data of research due to the lack of data or data limits. Sharing a hotspot with 10 people is a struggle. With actions or considerations for these suggestions, this camp could be a lifetime experience.
